- A single Robinhood-operated sequencer orders transactions first-come-first-served by arrival time, with no fee-based priority. Robinhood states a direction toward greater decentralization, but the sequencer is centralized at launch.
- Arbitrum revenue share
- Under the Arbitrum Expansion Program, the chain routes 10% of net protocol revenue to Arbitrum — 8% to the Arbitrum DAO treasury and 2% to the Arbitrum Developer Guild. The fee-share news drove an ARB rally in early July 2026.
