Why prices can differ
Robinhood Stock Token reference prices account for the corporate-action multiplier. Reinvested dividends can increase the shares represented by one token, so comparing its price directly with a single share price can be misleading.
For example, a multiplier of 1.05 and a share price of $100 imply a $105 token reference value. These numbers are illustrative. They do not describe a live asset or a trading quote. Robinhood price feeds.
What stays available around the clock
The tokens can be held and accessed onchain around the clock. Robinhood documents stock price-feed updates on a 24/5 schedule. A running blockchain therefore does not establish that a displayed equity reference has just been refreshed. Feeds can also pause during corporate actions. Feed schedules and pauses.
