Arbitrum stack

The Arbitrum stack provides software and services for dedicated Layer 2 and Layer 3 chains. Robinhood Chain runs a dedicated sequencer and uses Nitro for execution and Ethereum settlement. Its Arbitrum Expansion Program agreement directs part of net protocol revenue to the Arbitrum ecosystem.
