Arbitrum stack

The Arbitrum stack is the framework for launching dedicated Layer 2 and Layer 3 chains that settle to Ethereum through Arbitrum's Nitro software. Robinhood Chain is one such dedicated chain: it runs its own blockspace and sequencer while using Arbitrum's proving and settlement machinery, and routes part of its net protocol revenue back to the Arbitrum ecosystem under the Arbitrum Expansion Program.
