A concentrated-liquidity market maker (CLMM) lets liquidity providers place capital within chosen price ranges rather than across the whole curve, raising capital efficiency at the cost of active management and more exposure to price moving out of range. On Robinhood Chain, venues such as Sheriff V3 use the CLMM model; Uniswap V3-style pools work the same way.
