Account abstraction

Account abstraction allows programmable account rules, including supported forms of gas sponsorship, batched calls and custom authorization. Robinhood Chain supports ERC-4337, with published EntryPoint versions v0.6 through v0.8, and EIP-7702 delegation. The wallet and associated services determine which features an application can use.
