EIP-7702

EIP-7702 allows an externally owned account to delegate execution to code while retaining its address. Compatible account software can provide batching, sponsorship and other programmable features. Robinhood Chain supports this delegation mechanism. The delegated implementation and its permissions determine the resulting behavior.
