Ethereum blobs

Ethereum blobs are the low-cost data slots introduced by EIP-4844 that rollups use to post their transaction data to Ethereum. Robinhood Chain uses blobs for data availability, so anyone can reconstruct its state from Ethereum rather than trusting Robinhood to serve it. Blob capacity and price on Ethereum set a floor under the chain's fees.
