Ethereum blobs

Ethereum blobs are a data format introduced by EIP-4844 for rollups to publish transaction data. Robinhood Chain uses them for data availability. Blob fees contribute to the cost of posting a batch. Reconstructing historical state also requires retained data beyond Ethereum's blob availability window.
