Data availability

Data availability means the transaction data needed to verify a rollup's state is accessible. Robinhood Chain publishes transaction data through Ethereum blobs. Availability is one part of the security model; proof rules, retention and withdrawal permissions must also be considered before assessing whether users can reconstruct state or exit.
