The tokenholder's claim is against this Jersey company under the programme documents, with recourse limited to the relevant collateral. Robinhood announced access in more than 120 countries at launch, subject to restrictions including exclusion of US persons. Jersey incorporation alone does not determine a holder's eligibility.
