Tokenized debt security

A tokenized debt security records a debt claim onchain. Robinhood Stock Tokens are debt instruments whose terms provide exposure to an underlying stock or ETF, including the specified treatment of dividends. Holding the token does not grant legal or beneficial ownership of the underlying shares. The issuer documents determine collateral, recourse and eligibility.
