A real-world asset, or RWA, is an offchain asset represented by an onchain instrument, such as a share, bond, fund interest or commodity claim. The legal form determines what the tokenholder owns. Robinhood Stock Tokens use a debt structure; the launch-period record showed roughly $13m of active RWA market capitalization under the cited metric's coverage.
