Sequencer

The sequencer receives and orders transactions before posting batches to Ethereum. Robinhood operates the Robinhood Chain sequencer, which produces blocks roughly every 100ms and orders transactions by arrival without fee-based priority. Normal transaction processing depends on its availability; validation and protocol upgrades have separate roles.
