Robinhood Chain

Robinhood Chain is a permissionless, EVM-compatible Layer 2 built on the Arbitrum stack, settling to Ethereum, with ETH as the gas token and a Robinhood-operated sequencer. Public mainnet went live on 1 July 2026 (chain ID 4663) after a February 2026 testnet. It carries no token of its own — no gas token, no staking, no governance token — and is positioned for tokenised equities, stablecoins, lending, and perpetuals rather than general consumer use.
